Paper and Asphalt (Part 2)

The second message came almost the same as the first.
Precise. Unforgiving.
A date. A time. The same cafe.
No flourish. No hook. No explanation.
And you showed up.
Not because you thought you had a choice.
But because your body had already chosen the moment my first reply carved itself into your screen.
This time, the book was in your hand before I even walked through the door, the right book.
You weren’t hesitating anymore.
It was not subtle, either.
That cover- the one with the bruised heroine and the cruel lover- you didn’t even try to hide it. You set it on the table like a challenge.
And you wore that same expression. Calm. Cool.
Except your nails tapped the edge of the page.
I could smell your nerves from the moment I walked in. I stopped at the edge of the table.
I let my eyes slide from your throat to your thighs, lingered on the way your breath hitched when I didn’t blink as I brought my stare back to yours.
And then, low and deliberate, I spoke “Bring it.”
You didn’t question.
You just stood and followed me out back.
The alley was quieter tonight- no traffic bleeding in, just thick air and the dull hum of the city pretending not to watch.
Then you saw it, not in a video, not on the screen of your phone, just there.
The bike.
Deep green, slick as poison, but when your eyes shifted the light caught something else- an undertone of purple, dark and bruised, shimmering like oil on wet pavement. Black chrome gleamed along the frame, the seat still radiating heat, alive like it had a pulse.
I stood beside it, leaned against the machine, and lifted a gloved hand. Motioning for you.
You stepped closer, clutching the book tighter.
“Open it,” I said.
You hesitated.
So I tilted my head- then lifted the helmet free in one slow motion.
Beneath it, not skin.
Black. Seamless. A balaclava clinging close, leaving only my eyes visible- dark, unblinking, the only part of me you were allowed to see.
“Or do you need help turning the pages too?”
Your throat worked hard as you swallowed, then you fumbled the cover open to a chapter already dog-eared. I knew it. You knew it. The guilty crease of the page screamed confession. Your hands shook as you held it up.
“Read.”
The command landed heavy.
You started soft. Almost a whisper.
A paragraph about tension. About a man stepping too close. About heat at her ear, about the frantic pulse between her thighs.
I stepped off the bike. Boots slow. Deliberate. Each one bringing me closer until there was barely space left between us.
“I can’t hear you.”
Your voice rose, trembling now. You read about his hands. Where he put them. What he took.
And then, the single word that snagged in your throat.
Begged.
“She begged him-”
Your voice broke on it. Like your mouth didn’t want to admit what your body already knew.
I moved behind you.
Close enough that you stiffened. Close enough that your breath stuttered like the page itself had come alive.
“You know what crosses my mind when I hear that?” My voice slid low, each word deliberate, a weight against your skin. “How many lines I’ll let you get through before the words blur, and you can’t pretend my hands aren’t already exactly where you want them.””
Your voice caught. Your grip on the book slipped.
I reached around, my gloved hand closing over yours where it clutched the page.
The leather creaked as I tightened, thumb pressing against your pulse- fast, frantic, hammering beneath the barrier. I felt it anyway. Desperate. Exposed. Fucking perfect.
“Keep going.” My hands supporting the book throughs yours.
You read the next line. He gripped her jaw. Told her she was going to take it. Every inch.
I exhaled, slow and dangerous.
“Say that again.”
Your lips parted. “He, he told her she was going to- ”
“Not her.” My voice went lethal. “You.”
You shuddered. Tried again.
“He told me, I was going to take it.”
My gloved hand slid from your wrist to your waist, fingers splaying possessively. Not pulling. Not pressing.
Just there.
Just enough to set your nerves on fire.
You kept reading.
The book dipped as your voice broke on another line. His mouth on her neck. His hand between her legs. The way he held her open like a prayer and a promise.
I leaned in again, the edge of my mask grazing your ear, voice low enough to crawl beneath your skin.
“This is what you wanted, isn’t it?”
You froze.
But you did not lie.
“Yes.”
And that- fuck. That was everything.
The way your body answered before your lips could, falling into my chest just slightly.
I reached down, slow and unrelenting, slid my hand off your waist and between your thighs. I could feel the heat through your jeans as you gasped.
“You’ve been like this all day, haven’t you?”
A shaky nod.
“Thinking about this. Reading those chapters and imagining my hands replacing his.”
Another nod.
I pressed my palm against you, pushing ever so slightly more.
“You want me to make it real?”
“Please.”
That word.
Delicious.
But I still didn’t give it to you. I couldn’t.
Not yet.
I pulled my hand away and moved back in front of you, boots heavy as I crossed to the bike. My glove tapped once on the seat.
“Come.”
You obeyed, legs shaking as you lowered onto the motorcycle- not from will, but because your body craved more.
You didn’t sit, you yielded. Leaning against the machine like it had already claimed you. Your back curved along the tank, palms gripping chrome as if to steady yourself, thighs tense where the bike’s heat pressed through your jeans, trembling with want you couldn’t smother.
I moved in front of you. Trapping you between the machine and myself.
I slid the book from your hands, and then I dropped to my knees.
Right between your thighs.
The book left my hands, set aside with care, resting safe against the bike. But your focus shattered the moment my gloves found your knees, closing tight before spreading them apart.
You froze.
Not in refusal. In shock.
The cafe was only yards away. Laughter. Footsteps. The shuffle of shoes on pavement just beyond the alley’s mouth. And here I was, peeling you open like a page, like none of it mattered. Like you weren’t seconds from being seen.
Your breath caught- ragged, frantic, as if the city itself was holding it for you.
“I’m going to taste you, consume you, devour you,” I said, my voice low through the mask, words dragging down your skin like a brand. “Every last drop.”
Your eyes went wide, lips parting like you couldn’t decide if you were about to protest or beg.
“And you’ll hold back,” I continued, my tongue slow and deliberate along the inseam of your jeans, leather creaking with the tension of my grip. “Until I tell you. Until I tell you to let go and let every last bit of yourself out.”
Your thighs twitched. Your pulse hammered. And still my hands climbed higher, unyielding.
“You said you wanted this, didn’t you?”
Your nod came broken. Reluctant. Desperate.
“Good. Now watch me take it.”
I raised my hands to my face and slowly lifted the mask, only revealing my lips and leaving the rest of my face still hidden.
